PADAMOLOGY MENTORSHIP
Learn from experience.
Grow with confidence.
Some of the most valuable lessons in medicine, oncology, and clinical research are never found in a textbook. They are learned through difficult decisions, meaningful conversations, unexpected challenges, career transitions, and years of real-world experience.
PADAMOLOGY MENTORSHIP
Bridging the gap between
knowledge and experience
Whether you’re a high school student exploring a future in healthcare, a pre-medical or medical student discovering your path, a resident or fellow preparing for the next stage of your career, or a professional working in oncology drug development, mentorship provides personalized guidance grounded in experience, not theory alone.
This isn’t about giving you all the answers. Instead, it’s about helping you think critically, ask better questions, develop confidence in your own abilities, and build the judgment needed to succeed throughout your career.

WHAT MENTORSHIP MEANS AT PADAMOLOGY
Real mentorship builds independence
Mentorship is more than sharing knowledge. It’s investing in another person’s growth. It’s creating a space where questions are welcomed, uncertainty can be discussed openly, and experience is passed forward in a way that helps someone become not only more knowledgeable, but more thoughtful, more confident, and more effective.
The goal isn’t to create someone who thinks like I do. Instead, it’s to help you develop your own clinical judgment, leadership style, and professional identity.
“Real mentorship
doesn’t create dependence;
it builds independence.”
MY MENTORSHIP PHILOSOPHY
Learning how to make thoughtful decsisions
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to learn from exceptional physicians, researchers, and leaders. However, I’ve also experienced situations where there was no roadmap and no clear answer. In such cases, I’ve been left with the responsibility of thinking critically and making the best decision possible. Those experiences shaped how I mentor today.
I believe the best mentors don’t simply answer questions. Instead, they teach people how to approach problems, evaluate evidence, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions under uncertainty. That philosophy applies whether you’re choosing a college major, applying to medical school, transitioning into industry, becoming a medical monitor, or preparing for an executive leadership role.
Mentorship should accelerate growth, shorten the learning curve, and help people avoid mistakes that experience has already taught others.

MENTORING THE NEXT GENERATION
Investing in the people who will shape the future of medicine
One of the most meaningful investments we can make is in the people who will shape the future of medicine.
At Padamology, mentorship extends beyond today’s professionals. I’m equally passionate about supporting students who are just beginning their journey and helping them discover the many opportunities that exist within healthcare, oncology, research, and industry.
Whether you’re exploring medicine for the first time or preparing for your next professional milestone, my goal is to provide guidance, perspective, encouragement, and practical advice that helps you move forward with confidence.
I don’t simply want to help people build careers. My goal is to empower them to build meaningful careers that make a lasting impact.

MY COMMITEMENT
Building confidence that lasts beyond mentorship
When you work with me, my commitment is simple. I’ll share what experience has taught me, both the successes and the lessons learned through challenges. I’ll encourage you to think more deeply, ask better questions, and approach problems from multiple perspectives. I’ll provide honest feedback, practical guidance, and support grounded in real-world experience rather than generic career advice.
Most importantly, I’ll help you build the confidence to make thoughtful decisions long after our mentorship ends because the greatest measure of mentorship isn’t how much someone learns from a mentor, it’s how confidently they continue growing without one.
